Teri serves as the Director of Field Services for the association. She joined the staff in May of 2002. Before joining the association, Teri served as a dealership Business Manager for 10 years. Her responsibilities include sales of numerous products endorsed by the association and used to increase dealership profitability. Teri is also responsible for marketing and installation of the association owned Dealer Solutions Software along with the scheduling and coordination of semi-annual F & I Training Seminars.
